Note from Hoyt Northcutt:  We want to do everything we can to make this time as easy for you as possible, for without you, we wouldn't be here. Nothing would please me more than to be able to hand deliver every Angel Sleeping Pet Casket so that you could have them the second they are ordered. Unfortunately most of our customers are hundreds or even thousands of miles away.

Occasionally customers will call us asking why they didn't receive their purchase the next day after it was ordered. Please note that when you place your order it takes us one business day, M-F, to process your order and get it ready to ship. Then after it is shipped, when you actually receive it depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Ground shipping usually takes from 1 to 6 business days, M-F, anywhere within the continental US. Almost half the states are within 2 business days of our location using regular UPS Ground Service (see the map below). These shipping days are in addition to the processing day mentioned above. The web site offers you the choice of UPS Ground Service, Next Day Air Service, 2nd Day Air Service or 3-Day Select. If you need the casket in a hurry please take the above processing time into account and then place your order using the shipping method that will get your purchase to you when you need it.

Shipping Costs. To determine the shipping charges to your area, pick out the item you wish to purchase, then click Calculate Shipping Cost under the Add To Cart button next to that item. Enter your zip code, click Calculate and your shipping charges will be displayed. You can then decide if you wish to continue to checkout or not. It's that simple. Angel Sleeping Shipping Procedures

New Low Cost Shipping Charges to All 50 States

We ship to your door anywhere within the 50 United States. At the time of checkout you are given a dropdown menu where several shipping methods are offered, UPS Ground Service, Next Day Air **, 2nd Day Air **, or 3-Day Select. ** UPS will deliver your purchase virtually anywhere in the 50 United States in under 6 business days, M-F, with their Ground Service. Almost half the country is within 2 business days, M-F, of our location using UPS Ground Service,(see map below). Order Processing time for your purchase varies from 1 to 2 business days as stated in the paragraph below. Please note that next day shipping and next day delivery are not the same thing. We offer next day shipping on most of our products. This means most orders received on this web site before 12 PM are shipped, (Not received), the next business day, M-F, after the order has completed processing. Most orders received after 12 PM will be shipped, (Not received ), 2 business days, M-F, after the order has completed processing. Always allow sufficient time for your purchase to arrive. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

* Order Processing Times: (the time it takes our staff to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipping) 1 or 2 business days, M-F, depending on the time of day your order is received, how many orders are processed that day, and the type of casket ordered. Most pet casket orders received before 12 PM on any given business day, M-F, are shipped by 10:30 A.M. Eastern Standard Time the next business day after processing has been completed, (Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.). Our shipping "cutoff" is always 12 PM because our shipping pickup is at 3:30 p.m. daily Monday through Friday. see exceptions below.

Custom orders may also take a little longer depending on the nature of the request. An example here would be orders from customers who order multiple caskets for one location such as dealers or shop-keepers who re-sell our caskets. Depending on the number ordered it could take a few extra days to process the order.

We always go by the rule "first in first out" so all orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they were received.

Saturday Delivery

** Please note when "Next Day Air Service" is selected for orders to be shipped on Fridays they will arrive on Monday, not Saturday, which is the next business day to UPS. If you want Saturday delivery you must select the Next Day Air Early A.M. option on the web site when you place your order and we will automatically ship it Next Day Air Saturday Delivery for you provided your order is received before 12 PM on Thursday. From 2 PM on Thursday until 12 PM on Friday, all packages will be shipped on Monday. If you select 2nd day air on a Wednesday order it will also arrive on the following Monday since Saturday and Sunday are not considered regular workdays by UPS. Saturday delivery is available in some areas for 2nd day air but you will have to call us to make arrangements otherwise orders placed on Wednesday and shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday which is 2 business days to UPS.

Please use the folowing color-coded UPS Ground Service Time-in-transit Map to determine the exact number of days it takes your purchase to reach you via UPS Ground.

 

Exception #1: Holidays and weekends

If a 1 or 2 day holiday or a weekend is involved, your order will be delayed by that number of days. See Holiday Schedule for holidays observed by our staff. It is also possible that the shipper of choice may observe holidays that we do not which could also cause a delay in shipping.

Exception #2: eCheck payments

Although eCheck payments are welcomed at Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets, please note that a 3 or 4 day delay in processing will result due to funds being held by PayPal until the eCheck payment clears the bank.

All Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets are shipped insured, at our expense, in the unlikely event they are damaged during shipping. If, for any reason, your order is received damaged, please contact Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets at customerservice@angelsleeping.com as soon as possible so we may assist you in filing a claim for damages.

Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with email confirmation of your order and any available tracking information. Since we at Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets have no control over what happens to products after they are shipped we assume no responsibility for mistakes or damages caused by the shipping company of choice. We also assume no responsibility for lost or late shipments due to acts of God or inclement weather.

At Angel Sleeping Pet Caskets, we will always do our best to work with you to ensure that you receive your item in the safest, most economical and expedient manner possible.

Post Office Box Number: UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box number so if one is supplied to us we will attempt to contact you for a street address. If undue delays are caused by this we cannot be held responsible so No refunds or adjustments if a Post Office box number is supplied to us when you place your order.

Address is not in the UPS Data Base: Occasionally when attempting to ship a package we receive this message from UPS telling us that if we ship to the address provided that delivery may be delayed. If the address provided causes such delays we cannot be held responsible because we can only ship to the address you provide. No refunds or adjustments if your package is late or doesn't get delivered for this reason.
